The largest cutter in the label line — dual-head cut and crease, a 1000-sheet auto feeder and HD camera alignment make it a fit for packaging, labeling and craft production at scale.
The ZD500 Max is built around ±0.1 mm cutting accuracy, with dual-head cut-and-crease capability, and reaches 1600 mm/s, across a 370 mm cutting width. It handles sticker sheets, labels, vinyl, cards and specialty media, with USB / Wi-Fi / WLAN / U-disk for offline operation. It auto-feeds up to 1000 sheets, and HD camera alignment keeps printed registration marks aligned job after job. 1000-sheet auto feeder for long commercial runs.
Dual-head cutting and creasing system boosts productivity
Auto-feed mechanism supports up to 1000 sheets for long runs
2000 g cutting pressure handles media up to 400 gsm
HD camera alignment ensures ±0.1 mm precision
USB, Wi-Fi, WLAN and U-disk connectivity for offline cutting
Stack up to 1000 sheets into the auto feeder, or set a roll in place. CCD camera reads the registration marks and locks the cutting path to the printed media.
Two heads work together — one cuts the contour at ±0.1 mm precision while the other creases, so scored boxes and die-cut labels finish in a single run at up to 1600 mm/s.
Finished sheets stack out the other side. Reload and the feeder keeps the batch moving with almost no supervision.
