A benchtop machine that consolidates film cutting and screen-protector application into one sequential workflow. Supports hydrogel, UV, and TPU films for phones and tablets up to 12.9 inches, with vacuum-bonded adhesion that eliminates manual alignment.
The M40 consolidates two essential post-sale services — film cutting and film application — into a single benchtop unit. Rather than maintaining separate devices for each step, shop operators can load a roll of hydrogel, UV, or TPU film, select a device from the 65,000+ template library, and let the machine handle the rest. A stepper-motor-driven cutting head moves at up to 500 mm/s with ±0.1 mm repeatability, while an integrated vacuum platen presses the cut film onto the device screen with controlled, even pressure. What sets the M40 apart from standalone cutters is its built-in application module — after cutting, the film transitions directly to the vacuum suction stage, where an active dust-removal system prepares the surface and the platen secures it without bubbles or misalignment.
Replace two separate machines with a single unit that handles both film cutting and application in one sequential operation. After the blade completes its path, the vacuum platen engages automatically — no manual film transfer required.
A built-in dust-removal module cleans the film surface immediately before application, eliminating the most common cause of visible defects. Airborne particles are drawn away from the bonding area through a filtered exhaust channel.
Uniform suction pressure distributes adhesive evenly across the entire surface, including challenging curved-edge and waterfall displays. The platen adapts to devices up to 12.9 inches without requiring custom jigs.
A continuously updated template database covers virtually every modern smartphone, phablet, and tablet. New device profiles are pushed automatically via Wi-Fi — no manual downloads or USB updates needed.
Choose from over 65,000 device profiles on the 5.5-inch touchscreen. The machine downloads the cutting path from the cloud library and loads it into memory.
The stepper-motor-driven blade traces the template at up to 500 mm/s with ±0.1 mm precision, cutting the film to the exact contour of the selected device.
The cut film transitions to the suction stage, where the dust-removal module cleans the surface and the vacuum platen bonds it to the device screen with uniform pressure.
